This module provides an overview of COVID-19 vaccination in the Australian context. It outlines conventional vaccine technology and the novel methods employed in producing the COVID-19 vaccines. Detailed information about the vaccines with provisional approval for use in Australia is provided.

Finally, the module discusses the process of vaccine administration and general recommendations by the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation (ATAGI).
