If I register and provide personal information such as my email address and name, will My Midwifery and Nursing CPD (our legal name is Nursing CPD Pty Ltd) sell my details or give them to someone else for marketing purposes?

No.

We do not and will not sell your personal information or any customer information.

Your personal information details are only disclosed to third party suppliers when it is required by law, for goods or services which you have purchased, for payment processing or to protect our copyright, trademarks and other legal rights. To the extent that we do share your personal information with a service provider, we would only do so if that party has agreed to comply with our privacy standards as described in this privacy policy and in accordance with applicable law. Our contracts with third parties prohibit them from using any of your Personal Data for any purpose other than that for which it was shared. If I buy a package of CPD at My Midwifery and Nursing CPD, how long do I have to use it?

Credits last for one year from the date of purchase. Once you have opened a CPD module, you have 12 months from that date to use and access the module. At the end of the 12 month period, if you wish to redo the module, you can do so by using any unused credit or through an annual subscription.

Can I cancel my annual subscription anytime?

By purchasing an annual subscription, you will have access to the My Midwifery and Nursing CPD entire library of CPD including newly published modules.

You may cancel your subscription anytime, however you will still be liable to pay for an entire year from the date of purchase. If you have chosen a monthly payment option, your payment method will continue to be debited monthly until the 12 month period has expired. We will not continue to charge you after that time.

How do I cancel my annual subscription?

The quickest way of cancelling your subscription is by going to ‘My Profile’ on the top right then click on ‘Subscriptions’ and turn off ‘auto renewal’.

If I am an annual subscriber, how long do I have access to My Midwifery and Nursing CPD CPD modules?

You will have access to all modules 24/7 for as long as your subscription is paid.

If I cancel my annual subscription, or if I have used my whole credit package, do I still have access to my ePortfolio?

Yes. You will have access to your ePortfolio.

We will not stop your access to your ePortfolio unless:

  • You ask us to; or
  • You have an annual subscription, you have chosen the monthly payment option, and for some reason we are unable to debit your chosen payment method (PayPal or credit card). We will try at least twice to debit your account. After this we will contact you via your email. We will reactivate your account as soon as your payment is made.
